Caroline Randle

Caroline Randle is a senior corporate communications consultant with over twenty years experience, advising some of the world’s leading brands such as Microsoft, GE, Electrolux and Kodak.

In recent years, Caroline has specialised in environmental communications and worked with leading organisations including the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and Hara.

A skilled communicator with a wealth of experience advising senior executives, Caroline has a proven track record working within an issues related environment and has worked with both blue chip and public sector clients.

Her areas of expertise include; corporate communications, environmental communications, media relations, issues and crises management, corporate social responsibility, executive communications, strategic counsel, international campaigns and communications training.

Caroline is a member of the CIPR and has also served on the PRCA's International Committee. She has spoken about public relations in Europe and the United States and has been a regular commentator for PR Week's The Friday Drop.

Kate Hinton

Kate Hinton is an environmental communications specialist with over 18 years of experience. She has held senior communication roles across a variety of environmental organisations including the Environment Agency, Energy Saving Trust, Greenergy and London First.  

Kate’s area of expertise includes developing environmental communication campaigns that  engage a variety of audiences including; consumer, corporate, trade, political and internal stakeholders.  She has experience across the communication spectrum from issues and crisis management, media relations, corporate reports, event management, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, policy and public awareness campaigns.  

Key topics that she has specialised in include: alternative fuels and technologies, transport, energy efficiency, greenhouse gas reporting, waste, environmental skills, home energy management systems, and GHG reporting.

Kate’s key achievements range from an award winning public awareness campaign on air pollution, working on the introduction of tax incentives for cleaner fuels and technologies, doubling the media coverage with half the budget at the Energy Saving Trust, and the introduction of the Environment Agency’s first league tables of environmental polluters.

And in her spare time she works on a number of local projects such as leading a local campaign to build a primary school, traffic calming campaign, Governor of Effra Early Years Centre, and organises her local community’s annual street party.
